GL Homes was preparing to launch two of their most ambitious master-planned communities—Lotus Edge and Riverland. These weren’t just neighborhoods; they were lifestyle destinations designed to attract buyers from across the country looking to relocate to Florida. The typical aerial drone reel and voiceover wouldn’t cut it. The goal was to connect emotionally, paint a fuller picture of life inside the communities, and create something that felt more like lifestyle programming than real estate marketing. The work needed to resonate with high-intent buyers—and stand confidently next to mainstream entertainment like HGTV.
OGK® took a documentary-style direction, crafting long-format, cinematic films that followed a day-in-the-life structure. Rather than simply showing floor plans and features, we captured the everyday moments that define these communities: sunrise workouts, golf cart rides, happy hours, and dinner with neighbors. The tone was immersive and aspirational, but grounded in reality—designed to help the viewer feel what it would be like to live there.
Behind the scenes, we built a robust, versatile content library. Each shoot was planned to capture enough raw footage to create an ongoing stream of content across channels. From hero videos to short-form clips for digital and internal use, the assets were structured for longevity and scale.
The final films stood apart from standard real estate content. They attracted a broader national audience of potential relocators, elevated the GL Homes brand perception, and gave their sales teams and marketing teams tools that could be deployed across platforms and campaigns. The work helped position Lotus Edge and Riverland not just as places to live, but as complete lifestyle destinations. And the content library continues to deliver value long after the initial rollout.
When you’re selling more than property—when you’re selling a new way of life—your story has to go beyond the brochure. OGK® helped GL Homes capture that story with the depth, beauty, and utility it deserved.
