Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and will report to the Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing both our client’s and our agency’s online presence and driving traffic through various digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for all things digital.

This role requires the applicant to work onsite, so candidates must be able to commute or relocate to the office location.

Possible Roles and Responsibilities

  • Content Marketing: Develop and implement content strategies to promote our brand online, engaging our target audience and attracting new customers.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage both organic and paid campaigns to drive traffic and increase visibility.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media marketing efforts, including content creation, campaign management, and community engagement to strengthen our brand presence.
  • Email Marketing: Build and manage email lists, design and launch targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Communication: Foster strong customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance brand awareness and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Online Advertising: Manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms, leveraging digital tools to promote our brand, boost customer engagement, and attract potential clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including, but not limited to, search engine marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Agency experience required
  • 3+ years experience in paid media and paid social, having developed strategy and executed campaigns across all digital paid media channels, including search, display, social, video, shopping, and native advertising
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Expert knowledge of the most up-to-date SEO industry standards and best practices
  • Preferred Certifications: Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and switch between clients seamlessly
  • Must possess creativity and a keen eye for detail.
