Sales Representative

Job Description: We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team on a 100% commission-based structure. You will go through an intensive training program from a veteran in the industry with 25+ years of experience. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in a development role, possess basic knowledge of advertising, demonstrate strong communication skills, have a clean criminal record, and possess established relationships in a specific niche industry such as banking, healthcare, or technology.

Possible Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads and build a strong pipeline through various prospecting methods.
  • Pitch our services to potential clients to medium and large enterprises
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. – Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a development role.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
