Cancellation and Refund Policy
At OGK Creative, we understand that situations change and sometimes, agreements need to be ended. We aim to make the cancellation process as smooth and clear as possible for both parties involved.

Cancellation Conditions

Both parties can cancel this agreement by providing a 90-day written notice. Please ensure that the following conditions are met to process your cancellation:

1. Notice Period:

A written notice of cancellation must be provided 90 days in advance. This notice should be submitted via email or mail to our customer service department.

2. Outstanding Invoices:

All outstanding invoices must be fully paid and up-to-date at the time of the cancellation request.

You agree to remain current on all invoices and continue paying the retainer during the 90-day cancellation period.

3. Project Delivery:

Any unfinished projects that have been fully paid for will be completed and delivered within the 90-day notice period.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered under the following terms:

Partial Refunds:

  • If you have prepaid for services beyond the 90-day notice period, a partial refund for the unutilized period will be processed after deducting any applicable fees.

No Refunds:

  • No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
  • Retainer fees paid during the 90-day cancellation period are non-refundable.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To submit a cancellation request, please follow these steps:

1. Written Notice:

  • Include your account details and a brief reason for the cancellation.

2. Verification:

  • Our customer service team will verify your account status and outstanding invoices.

  • Ensure all outstanding invoices are paid and continue paying the retainer during the notice period.
  • We will complete and deliver any unfinished, fully paid projects within the 90-day period.
